Elementis Global seeks a Global Supply Chain Performance Manager to partner with finance and leadership to drive GSC performance. You will deliver accurate MI, support budgeting, forecasting and planning, and develop KPI-driven insights to guide strategic decisions across the Group.

In this role you will set long-term goals, track progress, and build analytical capabilities within the team, enabling data-driven actions and value creation for the Group.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of work experience in international manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with cost accounting and capital project investments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, JD Edwards and Hyperion/FCCS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly GSC management information production and analysis.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and planning for GSC.
• Set long-term financial goals and KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Develop internal/external performance indicators and reports.
• Provide cost analysis insights for materials, freight, and duties.
• Lead finance support for SIOP and optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with regional controllers and plant controllers.
