Job summary

Keenfinity Group in Aveiro, Portugal is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive projects from the Ovar plant and coordinate global activities. The role emphasizes inventory control, supplier engagement, and data-driven logistics analysis using SAP and EDI tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, optimizing order and transport decisions, and supporting continuous improvement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management or similar.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Member of supply chain specialist expert groups, driving activities from Ovar plant and global alignment on projects.
• Logistic reports analyses.
• Maintain proper material inventory levels avoiding shortages or excess of stock.
• Order management using SAP MRP system and backlog report analyses.
• Coordinate and negotiate supplier schedule commitments and choose best transport modes for critical items.
• Act as tool and process key user, logistic training on procurement models, logistic agreements, EDI, SAP.
• Conduct supplier due-diligence to identify supply chain risk and support stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and take improvement actions.
