ScaleJet is seeking a talented Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Specialist for a full-time remote position supporting an Amazon FBA-focused client with a global footprint.

You will own supplier communications, identify new production facilities, obtain quotes, and negotiate contracts while ensuring QC and lab testing compliance before onboarding suppliers. Fluency in English is required; Chinese factory experience is a strong plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience working with Chinese factories is a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to assess supplier reliability, pricing structures, and production capabilities.
• Experience in QC and lab testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify new suppliers and production facilities globally, focusing on key regions.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times with suppliers.
• Request and analyze quotes to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with Product Engineer to ensure QC standards and lab testing requirements are met for onboarding new suppliers.
• Review and negotiate contracts to align with company standards and long-term supply needs.
• Maintain documentation of supplier agreements, pricing, and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and production capabilities in different markets.
