Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an influencer marketing lead to manage and grow our partner network in Portugal, expanding influencer collaborations and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. The role involves recruiting influencers, negotiating contracts, and working with local and global marketing teams to align with business goals.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize partner relationships in the country and grow influencer network to drive sales.
• Recruit and onboard new influencers across channels with brand fit.
• Negotiate and manage partner contracts ensuring profitability.
• Analyze content and performance data to optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Collaborate with local and global marketing teams and agencies.
