Job summary

Randstad Portugal is recruiting a SharePoint Specialist to strengthen its digital workplace solutions. You will implement, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Web services, creating templates and governance for centralized sites and lists.

You will manage global SharePoint projects and continuously improve tools, deploying and troubleshooting environments while ensuring Security and compliance. Fluency in English is required, with a background in Microsoft technologies and migrations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record administering SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (hybrid environments).
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Solid proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Nice to Have: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph API.
• Background in large-scale SharePoint migrations (On-Premises to Cloud).
• SQL Server knowledge.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, or Azure).

Implementation & Maintenance: Implement, develop, and maintain corporate SharePoint and Web services solutions.

Architecture & Templates: Create and define centralized SharePoint templates (Team sites, Project sites, lists) and oversee their application.

Project Management: Manage or actively participate in global SharePoint and Web services projects.

Continuous Improvement: Perform technical maintenance of existing tools, analyze and optimize system performance, and collaborate on scoping and developing new features.

Infrastructure & Operations: Deploy, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot distributed or centralized SharePoint environments and active web applications.

Incident Resolution & Support: Provide 2nd-level technical support and resolve complex incidents across web services and SharePoint.

Governance & Documentation: Define functional requirements, security standards, backup policies, operational processes, and user manuals.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (experience within industrial environments is a strong plus).

Proven track record administering both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (hybrid environments).

Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Hands-on development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Solid technical proficiency in:

C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET

PowerShell scripting

Nice to Have:

Practical experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations.

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph API.

Background in large-scale SharePoint migrations (On-Premises to Cloud).

Working knowledge of SQL Server.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, or Azure).

Languages:

Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
