Jumia is seeking a Service Management advocate to shape processes for Tier 1 events and major launches. You will support infrastructure readiness, security prerequisites, and cross‑team coordination across Engineering, Security, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have IT‑oriented degrees, strong English communication, and a proactive mindset. Google Workspace familiarity and IT service concepts are beneficial in this role.

Qualificações

• Degree or CET in IT field (ongoing or recent).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Impeccable attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and IT service basics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain readiness checklists and run-books for Tier 1 events.
• Verify infrastructure and security prerequisites at launch.
• Coordinate readiness reviews with Engineering, Security, and Ops.
• Ensure contracts are active and extended for go-lives.
• Support go-live and post-launch hyper-care activities.
• Capture lessons learned to improve processes and tooling.
