Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, invites you to join a centralised Service Management team in Porto to drive operational excellence. You will shape processes for Tier 1 events and major launches, ensuring infrastructure and security prerequisites are met across countries.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, Operations, and Service Management, organise readiness reviews, and help manage contracts for go-lives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent in IT/Business fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive ownership and accountability in a fast-paced centralised team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain readiness checklists and run books for Tier 1 events.
• Support life-cycle and prerequisites for launches, including infrastructure and security checks.
• Coordinate readiness reviews with Engineering, Security, Operations, and Service Management.
• Verify contracts are active and extended to support go-lives and high-traffic events.
• Provide go-live support and war room assistance during Tier 1 events and post-launch activities.
• Gather lessons learned and feed improvements into the readiness framework.
