AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in Braga, Portugal, to lead the orchestration of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will coordinate cross-regional dependencies and drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing complex IT or Cybersecurity programs, strong stakeholder management skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies. This role offers flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs.
• Proven ability to independently manage teams across multiple products and projects.
• Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across various regions.
• Track delivery of discrete milestones and ensure seamless 24×7 progression.
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
