Job summary

Grünenthal Group is seeking a strategic leader to own and evolve the global scientific communications strategy for our early pipeline and launch assets. You will connect scientific narratives, publications, congresses, and medical education into a cohesive communications architecture, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based voice across geographies and channels.

The role requires translating disease biology and clinical data into clear narratives, partnering with global leads and medical functions

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or medicine is strongly preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical affairs/communications.
• Proven global scientific publication/communication experience.
• Fluent English with strong scientific writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global scientific communications strategy across early pipeline and launch assets.
• Establish a coherent scientific communication architecture linking narratives, publications and medical education.
• Ensure a consistent, evidence-based scientific voice across assets and geographies.
• Translate complex data into clear scientific narratives and communication roadmaps.
• Lead integrated scientific communication planning for launch-stage and commercial assets.
