Job summary

Grünenthal Group is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute health economics and outcomes research across the portfolio and pipeline. You will drive strategies that enable successful reimbursement and market access while collaborating with Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D teams.

You will lead economic modelling, develop payer-ready evidence, and coordinate global strategies that align with local market needs.

Qualifications

• An advanced university degree in economics, pharma, public health or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Track record in developing economic models and real-world evidence for market access.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute HEOR strategies to support reimbursement and access.
• Embed payer-relevant endpoints into clinical development programmes.
• Lead evidence-generation projects and disseminate results through publications and conferences.
• Drive early payer engagement and HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA).
• Develop economic models, value materials and tools for launch and negotiations.
• Coordinate global strategies with country affiliates for market access.
