• Minimum 5 years of SCADA development or deployment experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collect and translate customer and market needs into structured requirements and business opportunities to be prioritized and delivered through products, services, and processes.
• Shape and guide the SCADA roadmap by balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
• Assess industry trends, emerging technologies, market developments, and competitive dynamics to inform SCADA strategy and portfolio evolution.
• Serve as the global subject matter expert for SCADA solutions, advising regional teams on solution capabilities, customer value propositions, and alignment with global standards.
• Represent Product Line interests in development projects, ensuring customer needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives are reflected throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate global cross-functional SCADA communities, supporting continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and capabilities through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and targeted training initiatives.
