Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an IT Enterprise Training Lead, Senior Manager for Portugal to establish a scalable training capability across IT programs and projects. You will own governance, delivery models, and measurable adoption outcomes, with ESPHORA and future SAP initiatives at global scale.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, including experience leading training workstreams within large, global transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing end-to-end training delivery for ERP or SAP programs.
• Proven track record of driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and resolving conflicting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the training workstream for ESPHORA SAP S/4HANA transformation at global scale.
• Define enterprise training governance, methods, tools, metrics, and delivery model.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT) across regions and releases.
• Align training outputs with business processes, timelines, and deployment readiness.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and content updates across multiple workstreams.
