CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an IT Training Lead, Senior Manager to establish and run a scalable, high-quality training capability across IT programs. You will lead the ESPHORA SAP S/4HANA transformation training, coordinating across regions, releases and stakeholder groups to ensure deployment readiness.

The role requires strong SAP domain knowledge, program management, and ability to align training with business process design.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, including leading training workstreams in large global transformations.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end training delivery for ERP or SAP programs.
• Proven ability to align training with business process design, timelines and deployment readiness.
• Multilingual and global training deployment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and refine training strategy across releases and programs.
• Integrate training workstream into the overall program plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate content development, Train-the-Trainer and End User Training activities.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
