Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data models and analytics within a complex SAP landscape. You will model data, create integrations, and develop data flows using SAP Datasphere to support reporting, planning, and business insights while coordinating with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders.

Based in Tokyo with remote work flexibility, you will lead workstreams at the client's side and contribute to Fusion's

Formación

• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, development and integration.
• Proven ability to build graphical/SQL views and analytical models in SAP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere Data Builder, Business Builder, and semantic modeling.
• Solid SQL, SAP HANA, and relational data modeling understanding.
• Experience with data replication, virtualization and transformation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, views, and analytical datasets in SAP Datasphere.
• Build graphical and SQL views, analytical models, and data transformations for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data flows and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Implement semantic modeling concepts: entities, relationships, measures, and dimensions.
• Integrate SAP Datasphere with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, and other data sources.
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Optimize models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot data processing issues and ensure data quality.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and ongoing enhancements.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Datasphere Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and analytical solutions within a complex SAP environment. The role focuses on data modeling, data integration, transformation, and development activities using SAP Datasphere to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business planning requirements. Working closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, the developer ensures efficient data processing, reliable data integration, and high-quality analytical solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, views, and analytical datasets within SAP Datasphere.
• Build and optimize graphical views, SQL views, analytical models, and data transformations to support business reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data flows, replication flows, and integration processes across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Implement semantic modeling concepts, including business entities, relationships, measures, and dimensions.
• Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
• Optimize data models, queries, and data processing workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration, transformations, data quality, and model performance.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, technical documentation, deployment activities, and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, particularly data modeling, development, and integration.
• Proven experience developing graphical views, SQL views, analytical models, and data transformations within SAP Datasphere.
• Solid understanding of SAP Datasphere Data Builder, Business Builder, and semantic modeling concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA, and relational data modeling principles.
• Experience with data integration techniques, including data replication, virtualization, and transformation.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and their integration with SAP Datasphere.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting data processing issues, optimizing query performance, and ensuring data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
