Keenfinity Group in Portugal seeks a Project Buyer to drive supplier selection, ensure quality and on-time material availability through SOP and end-of-life management. You will collaborate across international teams to hit targets and support cost quotations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or business, 3–5 years in project buying, fluent in English and Portuguese, and strong SAP ERP experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or Business Management
• 3–5 years experience as project buyer; sales/commercial experience a plus
• Experience in an international business environment
• Proven problem solving and decision making
• Proven track record leading complex projects
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work 2 times a week in the office in Ovar
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of MS Office and Purchasing Tools (Ivalua or Ariba a plus)
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring project targets are met (Quality, Cost and availability)
• Support in commercial quotations (Material Costing) to reach the sales strategy and goals
• Ensure supplier selection for components and/or products aligns with supplier strategies
• Defining quality requirements and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Take responsibility for material availability until the Start of Production (SOP)
• Change Management until End-of-Life of the Product
• Risk mitigation and escalation management to ensure project targets.
