Zusammenfassung

Keenfinity Group, independent within Triton’s portfolio, seeks a Project Buyer to drive supplier selection, material cost control and production readiness. You will help meet Quality, Cost and Availability targets and coordinate with global teams across electronic and mechanical projects.

Requirements include 3–5 years in project buying, international experience, fluency in English and Portuguese, and a degree in engineering or business management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Mechanical engineering or business management.
• 3–5 years of project buyer experience (sales/commercial role a plus).
• Experience in an international business environment is mandatory.
• Proven track record in problem solving and decision making.
• Proven track record leading complex projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work two days a week in the office in Ovar.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Purchasing Tools (Ivalua or Ariba is a plus).
• Good knowledge of ERP-SAP.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring project targets are met (Quality, Cost and availability).
• Support in commercial quotations (Material Costing) to reach the sales strategy and goals
• Ensure supplier selection for components and/or products is in alignment with supplier strategies;
• Defining quality requirements and ensure compliance with technical standards;
• Take responsibility for material availability until the Start of Production (SOP);
• Change Management until End-of-Life of the Product
• Risk mitigation & escalation management to ensure project targets.
