Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa in Ovar, Portugal, is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs, manage customer relationships, and coordinate multi-project initiatives to deliver value. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration, 2+ years PM experience, and strong English communication are required.

The role involves global collaboration, detailed planning, progress tracking and ensuring QCD targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's studies in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Excellent customer skills with written and spoken English.
• Very good knowledge of Project Management principles and methods.
• Excellent communication, moderation and analytical skills; very good leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Establish cross-regional and/or cross-carline program team and define sub-projects.
• Create, develop and control a detailed work plan and schedule for program completion.
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Determine and allocate resources required to complete the program.
• Lead PMT members, assign work, and ensure clear information flow to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify critical paths and manage risks to keep scope on track.
