Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa in Ovar, Portugal, is seeking an IT Project Manager to liaise with global business functions, drive IT projects and manage PMO processes. The role blends Business Relationship Manager duties with Demand Manager responsibilities, focusing on planning, budgeting and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate brings university-level education, PMP is a plus, and strong English, MS Office, and MS Project skills, plus willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• Structured approach to handle complex topics and break them into digestible parts.
• Ability to listen, understand and translate inputs from different teams to achieve common understanding.
• University degree preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Business background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Automotive areas is advantageous.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Business Relationship Manager / IT Business Partner and Demand Manager, coordinating IT projects across functions (80–90% of time).
• Validate demand, design solutions, and coordinate stakeholders with IT Functional Experts/Architects.
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution and closure; manage resource plans and budgets.
• Prepare and track scope, timing, and KPI reporting; ensure alignment with Finance/Controlling.
