Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Engineering/Business with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong program and project management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• English proficiency at professional level.
• Knowledge of transport refrigeration systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end product development programs aligned to customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams with resource allocation and goals.
• Drive product platform development from MRD through design to production.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales for customer-centric solutions.
• Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to interfunctional teams.
• Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Engage with global suppliers to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management.
