The role requires a technical engineering background and strong leadership, with English proficiency and experience in transport refrigeration systems being a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Engineering/Business with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong program and project management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• English proficiency at professional level.
• Knowledge of transport refrigeration systems is a plus.

• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales for customer-centric solutions.

• Engage with global suppliers to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting
• Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full-scale production
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams
• Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources
• Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions
• Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience
• Strong program and project management expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands-on experience applying them
• Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage
• Full professional proficiency in English
