The role connects market insights, cost structures, and commercial execution to drive pricing consistency, margin quality, and profitable growth across regions.

Ability to manage pricing across a complex business landscape, understanding interdependencies between cost, volume, capacity utilization, customer segments, and regional dynamics. Translates these insights into clear, fact‑based pricing strategies that optimize margin, price realization, and portfolio performance.
Balances customer value, profitability, market dynamics, and operational constraints to make sound pricing trade‑offs. Applies judgement in complex situations where pricing, cost fluctuations, demand elasticity, and stakeholder interests intersect.
Brings cross-functional teams together to create shared understanding of pricing strategies, trade‑offs, and decisions. Drives alignment across Strategic Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Data to enable timely, transparent, and effective price execution.
Uses cost data, price realization, elasticity insights, market benchmarks, and margin performance indicators to prioritize actions and optimize pricing outcomes. Focuses resources on areas with the highest financial and strategic impact.
Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent. MBA is desirable.
Minimum 8–10 years in B2B environments, with relevant experience in pricing, finance, marketing, or commercial roles within multinational organizations
Advanced pricing analytics, financial modelling, Power BI or similar tools, stakeholder management.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Porto, Portugal based, Hybrid working.
20-30% of time, travel is required.
