Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO / Project Control Specialist to support governance, planning, monitoring, and reporting within a complex IT transformation program. The role focuses on maintaining integrated schedules, RAID logs, and financial oversight to ensure effective project execution.

You will work with Project Managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment with PM standards and governance frameworks, while enabling growth in

Qualifications

• PMO/Project Control experience in complex IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and project lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience maintaining integrated project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and reporting documents.
• Experience with project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira or similar tools; ability to prepare executive-level reports.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day PMO activities, ensuring coordination, governance and reporting.
• Develop and monitor integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with updates and resolutions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials.
• Support financial tracking including budgets, forecasts, and cost variance analysis.
• Coordinate dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track decisions and actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting.
