WTW is seeking an Actuarial Analyst for Germany to join our Lisbon Center and collaborate with colleagues in Germany and Lisbon on retirement and employee benefits projects.

You will perform valuations, support plan design, and contribute to client advisory across international pension funds, with opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Fluency in English is mandatory and German language skills would be a strong plus; 5–10 years of relevant experience is desired.

Qualificações

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Economics or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in employee benefits within consulting, insurance, broking, or finance.
• Fluent English mandatory; German would be a great plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP, IFRS) and statutory pension fund reporting.
• Manage and report on pension funds with regulatory compliance and governance guidance.
• Support plan design through actuarial modeling and client communications.
• Conduct benefit audits, benchmarking, and asset/liability modeling.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with regional colleagues.
