Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the Compensation and Analytics team, handling end-to-end payroll for ~550 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

role reports to Head of Compensation and Analytics and emphasizes salary benchmarking, bonuses, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in payroll management, ideally handling large employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English language skills (minimum level B2).

Responsabilidades

• Administer and analyse employee compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and incentive plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal and company standards.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to support equitable pay practices across the organization.
• Oversee payroll and salary processing, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of wages, taxes, social contributions, and statutory obligations.
• Maintain and update HR, payroll, and time management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll and salary reporting, audits, and compensation-related inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation, payroll, and salary processes, policies, and documentation for efficiency and consistency.

Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Compensation and Analytics team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 550 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

About the role

The Payroll Specialist will execute and/or oversee payroll processing, maintaining payroll files, time entry data, and monitoring compliance with labour laws. Acting as a link between employee rewards and business strategy, the Payroll Specialist supports salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and process improvements for efficiency and consistency. The Payroll Specialist reports to the Head of Compensation and Analytics.

Key responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience in payroll management, ideally handling large employee populations
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with uMan Expert software is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of English (minimum level is B2)
