IQVIA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of patient recruitment and retention activities for global clinical studies. You will partner with study teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment deliverables, maintain study documentation, track timelines, and help ensure successful study execution.

You will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple countries, ensuring materials, documentation, and project activities

Qualificações

• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented work.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of patient recruitment and retention activities for assigned studies.
• Coordinate translation, production and distribution of patient-facing materials.
• Prepare country-specific submission packages and recruitment documentation.
• Track timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate study data in designated systems and platforms.
