IQVIA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support global clinical studies by coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining study documentation. You will work with study teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant deliverables across multiple countries.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and experience in clinical research or project

Qualificações

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or project coordination environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and the drug development process is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the translation, production, and distribution of patient-facing and study materials.
  • Prepare and manage country-specific submission packages and recruitment documentation.
  • Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate study data and documentation within designated systems and platforms.
  • Partner with Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Finance, and external vendors to ensure effective study delivery.
  • Contribute to project reporting, financial tracking, and operational reviews.
  • Identify risks or issues, and elevate as appropriate.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements.

IQVIA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of patient recruitment and retention activities for global clinical studies. In this role, you will partner with study teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment deliverables, maintain study documentation, track timelines, and help ensure successful study execution.
