Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a P&L Controller to produce and validate daily and monthly Economical P&L and related explains. You will work with Front Office, Back Office, Market Risk, Finance and IT to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The role sits in Product Control, supporting ALM/T and Global Market Trading Desks across Europe, New York, Singapore or Hong Kong, helping drive integrated business requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (3–5 years) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is strictly required.
• Strong analytical skills for financial markets and P&L analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with Front Office and support functions.
• Ethical and professional conduct in finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Produce and validate official Economical P&L figures and related explains.
• Investigate discrepancies with Front OfficePredict when available.
• Review P&L Explain and correct misallocations when needed.
• Analyze risk-based market P&L and differences to Explain; document gaps.
• Produce hedge accounting controls where applicable.
• Submit P&L for sign-off to Front Office.
• Challenge and improve existing processes when possible.
