Job summary

Mahle in Portugal (Braga) seeks a Global OT Security Engineer to define and drive the global OT security strategy across production facilities worldwide. You will establish standards, governance, and target architecture, leading programs such as IEC 62443 implementation and network segmentation.

You will act as Product Owner for OT security solutions, evaluate technologies, advise plants and engineering teams, ensure consistent security across sites, conduct risk assessments, support incident

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT Security, Industrial Cyber Security or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 2700x).
• Experience with industrial environments (ICS/SCADA/PLC systems).
• Proven experience in international project or program management.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT/OT convergence, IIoT, and IT/OT network infrastructure.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
