Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Manager in Porto to own Global Process Order-to-Invoice B2B, overseeing Trade Term and Pricing Management, Returns & Claims, and Customer Billing. You will drive end-to-end process optimization, governance, and data-driven decision-making across markets, supporting the TRANS4RM program and ERP rollouts.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP O2C, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership, with strong analytical and communication skills to guide

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in process management or process improvement.
• Experience with large-scale SAP ERP roll-outs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Process owner for Customer Billing, Trade Term and Pricing Management, and Order Intake for SAP AFS and TRANS4RM rollout.
• Analyze and enhance end-to-end processes for O2I B2B to align with markets.
• Drive standardization, harmonization and automation initiatives.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives, including GAP analysis and system enhancements.
• Develop KPIs and contribute to strategic roadmap and data governance.
