Unilabs is seeking a Network & Communications Lead to define and execute a global network strategy, guiding architecture, security and operations across markets. You will mentor a global team, manage vendors, and drive modernization including cloud networking and SD-WAN.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in network security and Zero Trust, and fluency in English. European travel is expected as part of the remit.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in network architecture and communications.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), SD-WAN and automation.
• Zero Trust networking and network security experience.
• Experience managing global vendors and outsourced services.
• CCNP or CISSP or similar certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global network and communications strategy.
• Lead network modernisation initiatives, including cloud networking, SD-WAN and automation.
• Collaborate with global technology teams to deliver a modern, scalable network platform.
• Lead and mentor a global team while managing third-party providers.
• Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of global network services.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs and operational metrics.
