A global customer service firm is seeking multilingual-speaking professionals to join its team in Portugal. The role involves providing excellent support to customers across various channels, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Qualified candidates should be fluent in one of several specific languages, possess excellent communication skills, and be adaptable in a multicultural environment. Qualificações

• Fluent (C1 or native level) in one of these languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Danish, Russian, Turkish, Lithuanian, English, Czech, Norwegian, or Hebrew.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
