Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Events Manager within the Global Meetings & Events team. You will guide large, multi-format programs (in-person, virtual, hybrid) for top leaders and a global audience, ensuring smooth execution and scalable operations.

You will manage logistics, technology, and production, collaborating with internal stakeholders and approved suppliers to deliver high-impact experiences while upholding BCG's standards and risk controls.

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years related experience in event management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Events or related field
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute medium to large-size programs (400-3000 attendees) for all meeting formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
• Provide strategic guidance and day-of management under the Meetings & Events Director
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams including logistics, technology, production, design, and vendor management
