The Boston Consulting Group GmbH is seeking a Manager in Meetings & Events to guide large‑scale programs (400‑3000 attendees) across in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will manage strategy, venues, suppliers, and cross‑functional delivery with an entrepreneurial, data‑driven mindset.

You will lead a diverse team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced, global environment. A bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of experience are expected.

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years related experience in event management, corporate environment preferred.
• Bachelor-level education or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow relationships with internal stakeholders as a partner in innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee event strategy including format, cadence, dates, and site selection, and evaluate venues, suppliers and platforms.
• Lead a team across logistics, technology, production, design, and communication, coordinating outsourced elements.
