Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Staffing & Operations Senior Coordinator in Lisbon. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the M&E staffing function, collaborating with the GEMs Staffing & Operations Team and M&E Management.
You will manage tools, contingent worker lifecycle, and the volunteer network program. Responsibilities include data maintenance, invoicing, onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

The M&E Staffing & Operations Senior Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to M&E's staffing function, working closely with the Global Events Management (GEMs) Staffing & Operations Team and under the direction of the M&E Management, Senior Manager. This role ensures that the administrative and operational foundations of the staffing function are executed accurately and consistently — managing the tools the team relies on, overseeing the administrative lifecycle of contingent workers and contracts, and taking full responsibility for the GEMs volunteer network program. In addition to staffing support, this role contributes to broader operational initiatives as directed.
Key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
You will work closely with the Meetings and Events Management, Senior Manager. You will collaborate regularly with the broader global event management team, the supplier management team, and external staffing agencies, as well as internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and contingent worker networks globally.
