Job summary

IQVIA, the world’s leading provider of clinical research and safety services, invites you to join a fast-growing Lifecycle Safety team. You will review, assess and process safety and product quality information, providing expert phone support to health care professionals and consumers.

You will triage data, generate queries, maintain databases, and mentor newer staff while collaborating with project managers across global teams to ensure accuracy and timely case closure.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree required or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Estonian (C2/native) and English with another foreign language (C1+).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other needs.
• Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety data and enter data into safety databases; code terminology and generate queries.
• Document incoming calls or emails from sites reporting safety data.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members and operations staff; foster collaboration within the lifecycle safety team.
• Maintain clear team communications and coordinate with Project Manager to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in training and working groups for new Lifecycle safety initiatives.
