IQVIA is seeking a dedicated professional to join its global medical information call center team in Lisbon. You will review, assess and process safety and product quality information, supporting healthcare professionals and consumers with inquiries and adverse event reports.

The role requires a Life Sciences Degree and excellent Estonian, English, and additional language skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Estonian (C2/native) and English, plus another foreign language (min. C1).
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, and other needs as required.
• Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety operational data; perform data entry for tracking and databases; coding terminology; write narratives; generate queries; ensure quality control; assist with reconciliation; drive case closure; coordinate translations.
• Receive and document incoming calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting safety data.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment; lead by example; provide training and mentoring for less experienced team members.
• Establish and maintain effective team project service operations communications.
• Liaise with Project Manager by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Participate in training across Lifecycle Safety process service offerings and in working groups for new initiatives.
