IQVIA in Portugal is seeking a Medical Information Specialist with German, English and an additional language to support health care professionals and patients with medical inquiries and product safety information. You will work within a global safety team to deliver accurate, timely responses and maintain documentation across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German (native/C2), English and one more additional language (min.C1).
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required.
• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
• Establish and maintain effective team communications and provide regular feedback to the local management team on project metrics and challenges.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment with Lifecyle safety team members.
• Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings and identify opportunities to improve processes.
