• Drive process excellence through standardization, simplification, automation, and innovation.
• Ensure process alignment and governance across regions for efficiency and best practices.
• Support teams in assessing current workflows and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Lead change management activities to enable adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for process effectiveness and adoption.
• Foster networks of SMEs and collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts to deliver objectives.
