Hexa Group is seeking a Global Business Process Owner to lead the S2C and SRM processes across a global organisation. You will own the core process model and operating model for supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, performance and risk, driving adoption and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with procurement, business and technology teams to deliver scalable processes, accelerate digital adoption and translate opportunities in AI and analytics into measurable business value.

Qualificações

• Degree in business, supply chain, procurement, engineering, economics or information systems.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Significant procurement, S2C, SRM and global transformation experience.
• Proven track record leading standardisation, operating models or digital transformation in large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, change leadership and technology alignment; experience with SAP/Ivalua/Ariba/Coupa desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve global S2C and SRM processes, standards, governance and Target Operating Model.
• Lead global process harmonisation and support regions in gap analysis and adoption.
• Translate business requirements into procurement technology solutions and configurations.
• Define and monitor global KPIs on performance, adoption, maturity, compliance and UX.
• Identify and scale AI, automation and analytics opportunities.
• Manage a team of 2 Business Analysts.
