Decskill is seeking a seasoned Processes Consultant Specialist to design and optimize business processes with BPM, aligning with standards and client needs. You will identify improvements, model processes, and implement indicators in collaboration with national and international teams.

The role requires extensive experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute to long-term client success and organizational growth within Decskill.

Qualificações

• More than 15 years of experience in the role for which we are contracting the service.
• Knowledge about BPM and good practices for its implementation.
• Knowledge of process analysis and diagnosis.
• Knowledge of process modeling.
• Knowledge about creating process performance indicators.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of process-oriented organizational architecture.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and dynamism.
• Good level of English.
