Siemens Energy in Lisbon is seeking a Learning Reporting Expert to optimize HR cost center allocations and deliver robust learning reporting solutions worldwide. You will translate complex learning data into actionable insights and support audited external reports.

You will manage BI reporting using SELP data, ensure data quality, and collaborate with HR, IT and external partners to streamline reporting migration to Cornerstone Workforce AI. English required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR reporting, learning analytics, or BI.
• Strong expertise in business intelligence tools, LMS data structures, and cost center tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and team members.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliable learning reporting by using data from SELP to derive reporting with quality, managing Security Rights in SELP.
• Manage adhoc reports with sensitive user data and maintain multiple Excel sheets for accuracy.
• Coordinate interfaces with external training providers (e.g., Cegos, TÜV SÜD, Skillsoft).
• Oversee re-allocation of €1-1.5M monthly learning costs from HR Cost Center to participants' cost centers.
• Lead Reporting Migration to Cornerstone Workforce AI, streamlining reports from 400 to 30 and validating new reports.
• Create new reports for Performance & Talent Management as requested.
