Job summary

Bosch Mobility leads the Process Solution Team for B2P (Budget-to-Perform) and I2P-IP (Investment Planning). As global lead, you manage a team of more than 70 process consultants across over 25 locations and drive digital transformation programs through regional collaboration.

You will shape the global expert footprint, align requirements with Excellences, and push sustainable process improvements while guiding KPI/KPRs and exploring AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

Automotive industry experience and solid business process knowledge.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global setup.
Experience leading an expert or project team.
Experience in Controlling, Finance processes and IT (SAP).
PMP certification or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and people empowerment mindset.
Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Strong organization, accountability and goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of 70+ process consultants across 25+ locations.
Coordinate deploy activities and digital transformation programs with regional leads.
Define and develop global expert footprint and competencies.
Align requirements with M-Functional Excellence groups.
Drive BBM process improvements and KPI/KPR management.
Support AI, automation, low-code, and analytics initiatives for B2P and I2P-IP.
