Job summary

EnBW IT Solutions Unipessoal LDA in Lisbon seeks a Test Manager to define and drive quality assurance across digital products. You will establish test strategies, ensure transparency on quality metrics, and align testing activities across teams in an agile, international environment.

You will coordinate testing activities, drive test automation, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including coordinating or managing testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies (risk-based testing, exploratory testing, regression strategies).
• Experience defining and tracking quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Experience in agile environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with test management and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Good understanding of test automation approaches and modern QA practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-product or complex system environments.
• Experience with API, performance, or security testing.
• Excellent English skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve test strategies, test concepts (including security testing), and quality standards across multiple products and teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality goals.
• Establish and maintain transparency on quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect rates, test progress).
• Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality requirements.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects using tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Support teams in resolving quality issues and identifying risks early in the development lifecycle.
