Die EnBW IT Solutions, Unipessoal Lda in Portugal sucht erfahrene Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler für Power Platform, Dynamics 365 und moderne IT-Lösungen. Sie arbeiten an Projekten im Bereich CRM-Integrationen, Automatisierung und Cloud-Dienste in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Sie bringen 6+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C# / .NET sowie REST-APIs und Azure mit. Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Portugiesisch oder Deutsch sind von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Über 6 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Lösungen mit Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales oder Customer Insights.
• Starke Expertise in C# / .NET und JavaScript / TypeScript mit praktischer Anbindung von Dynamics 365 (Entitäten, Formulare, Workflows).
• Erfahrung mit Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps) sowie REST-APIs, Azure Functions und Service Bus.
• Sicherer Umgang mit DevOps-Praktiken, inklusive Versionskontrolle, CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierung.
• Erfahrung in Lösungsdesign, Anforderungsanalyse, Designmuster, Sicherheitsprinzipien und Best Practices der Softwareentwicklung.

Responsibilities

• In einem agilen Team mit Product Owners, Project Managern, Solution Architects und Entwicklern zusammenarbeiten, um geschäftsorientierte Lösungen zu liefern.
• An Anforderungen analysieren und Lösungen entwerfen, einschließlich Anpassungen in Dynamics 365.
• Anwendungen mit C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform entwickeln und Integrationen über REST APIs, Azure Functions und Service Bus optimieren.
• Automatisierung und CI/CD-Pipelines implementieren, DevOps-Best Practices befolgen und Azure-Tools wie Application Insights nutzen.

Vielfältige Aufgaben

• Collaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Developers to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
• Develop and maintain applications using C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Power Platform and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools like Application Insights.
• Refactor and enhance existing applications to meet the latest standards and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Act as technical reference for the other developers, guide them on design decisions, review solutions and code. Ensure that the development is progressing smoothly across the existing development teams.

Technical Expertise:

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Insights, using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Strong technical expertise in C# / .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript, combined with practical customization of Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules).
• Skilled in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and automation) and building integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Proficient in DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
• Experienced in solution design and requirements analysis, applying design patterns, security principles and software development best practices.

Soft-Skills:

• Collaborative and proactive team player, with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and a high sense of responsibility and independence.
• Familiar with agile methodologies, thriving in dynamic environments and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Languages:

• English C1 level (written / spoken)
• Portuguese and/or German are a plus
