Richemont is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the Client & Market teams. You will translate complex strategic objectives into actionable requirements for scalable e-commerce platforms across Richemont Maisons.

Qualificações

3+ years of hands-on BA experience in a software development environment.
Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks (XP, SAFe is a plus).
Familiarity with modern agile software delivery techniques that influence requirements (BDD, ATDD, User Story Mapping).
Proficiency in agile requirements management tools (JIRA/Confluence).
Technical background (e.g., database design, API integrations) and/or past experience as a Software Engineer is valued.
Basic understanding of Release Management and software product lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

Lead product backlog refinement with detailed acceptance criteria and prioritised user stories.
Ensure Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and DoR for backlog items.
Provide clear business requirements and functional specifications to enable autonomous development.
Identify data-driven opportunities for product or workflow improvements.
Collaborate on MVPs, release scope, and timelines with Product Owner and Tech Leads.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for teams.
