AUMOVIO is seeking a Category Manager IT Software to drive strategic sourcing and category management across international sites. You'll own IT software procurement, run tenders, negotiate terms, and define supplier strategies with cross-functional teams.

Based in Porto, Portugal, you will ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitor supplier performance, and maintain compliance with procurement policies while building a global category network.

Qualificações

• Long-term purchasing experience for complex goods/services
• Good knowledge of IT software and related services market
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple units/countries
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Determine requirements with specialist departments and pool across locations and countries
• Conduct global tenders and negotiate terms (quality, quantities, prices, deadlines, logistics)
• Define supplier strategy with specialist departments
• Analyze procurement markets for trends and innovations
• Decide on supplier awards and contract conclusions with legal
• Implement contracts and manage project delivery
• Ensure timely, quality supply of goods/services
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and partner codes of conduct
• Develop a global category network with customers and participants
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, financial stability)
