Cross Border Talents seeks an Internal Control Analyst in Porto, Portugal, to join the International Financial Performance Oversight team. You will contribute to financial risk management and deployment of internal control frameworks within a European Service Center.

The role is hybrid, requiring fluency in English and French, with a permanent contract and a generous benefits package including meal allowances and extensive insurance coverage.

Qualificações

• Degree in Audit, Accounting, or similar field.
• 3–5 years in internal controls or financial audit.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the efficiency of finance activities and controls by check & challenge reviews and recommending actions.
• Coordinate and oversee the Finance second line of defense team on international markets.
• Deploy/update internal control framework for financial risk management.
• Review finance processes to identify, follow up, and assess financial risks.
• Help draft and promote internal control standards and governance memos across entities.
