Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT integration projects in a dynamic, international environment. You will manage multiple enterprise platforms, including ERP, OMS, and WMS, coordinating vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery across diverse systems.

The role requires five to seven years of senior project management experience in IT integration, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication within a multicultural team.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of senior-level project management experience, preferably in IT integration projects.
• Experience with project portfolio management and Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards.
• Experience in project monitoring and project planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans.
