Zühlke Group is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to strengthen its Digital Workplace team. You will manage and evolve the global endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, ensuring secure configuration, reliable management, and scalable workplace services.

You will drive automation, implement policies, and support colleagues across an international organisation, while delivering high-quality documentation and ownership for endpoint solutions.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in endpoint engineering within a complex or international organisation.
• Strong expertise in configuring, deploying, securing and troubleshooting Windows and macOS endpoints; Linux, iOS and Android are a plus.
• Proven ability to automate endpoint management using APIs and scripting.
• Experience with modern endpoint management platforms and professional-grade documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer and continuously improve the global endpoint environment as part of the Digital Workplace team.
• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint configurations, policies, and deployment standards.
• Automate management tasks to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Maintain lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android clients.
• Provide advanced 2nd/3rd level support and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Create and share technical documentation to support operations.
