Zühlke Engineering AG in Porto is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to strengthen our Digital Workplace team. You will manage and evolve our global endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, delivering secure, reliable client services at scale.

You will drive automation, configuration, and deployment of endpoint solutions, integrate systems via APIs, and provide advanced 2nd/3rd line support, documentation, and knowledge sharing across international teams.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and managing enterprise client environments.
• Strong Windows and macOS endpoint management expertise; Linux/iOS/Android a plus.
• Experience with modern endpoint platforms and Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Automation and API integration via scripting.
• Strong PowerShell and Bash/Zsh scripting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and broader workplace ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, engineer, and continuously improve the global endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint configurations, policies, and standards for secure, reliable client services.
• Drive automation and standardisation across endpoint management using scripts and modern management tools.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications for multiple client platforms.
• Maintain and evolve the virtual desktop environment (Omnissa Horizon).
• Provide advanced 2nd/3rd level support and root-cause analysis for complex endpoint issues.
• Create and share high-quality technical documentation and cross-team knowledge.
